How to take a screen shot or Screen Dump Yes technically it is called a dump

Most computer users can easily create a screen shot by pressing the print screen key on their computer keyboard. This will usually take the screen shot and place it into the computer clipboard. Once in the clipboard a user can almost always paste that screen shot into a graphic program.
Step 1 find Print screen key and press it
Step 2 Open Paint or Graphics programme
Step 3 click paste
Step 4 ( if needed)Cut out what you dont want
Step 5 SAVE it as Jpeg ( top pic)
Sorry if you have a Mac I cant help but I am sure everyone knows how to cut and copy and that is all you do Print= Make copy
Make sure your printer is OFF otherwise your will print out what you want too copy instead
